Resumo: The Foundation is a youth and volunteer organization (NGO) from Bulgarian. It was established in 2003 to support and co-operation between territorial communities in the fields of regional development, social cohesion and equal opportunities for citizens and civil society development; promoting and enhancing volunteering and promoting modern standards for its development; supporting of: educational and cultural exchange of young people and youth work.

The city is an important economical, cultural and social centre and it is appealing for young people from different social groups and ages. The organization is an leader in the thematic areas: youth volunteering, youth participation and dialogue between young people and local authorities. An important place in the activities of the organization take up initiatives and activities directed towards the establishment of free zones, informal training, youth and culture of young people. A major aspect is the realization of the International Festival of youth Street Arts and performances. Over the years the organization has established itself with its creativity, innovation and activity in their work with young people.

Perfil: 4.1 - Be clear and motivated personality committed to the project activities and to achieve the objectives and
results;
- To deal with theater and art festival
- Be responsible and socially engaged on topics of European citizenship, intercultural dialogue, cultural diversity, creativity and entrepreneurship, youth participation and involvement of young people in disadvantaged
- To be actively involved in campaigns and initiatives foundation "Astiкa" promoting European values, ecology, civic education and other important not only for youth but also for the whole of European society;
- Have a desire to work in a multinational team composed of different ages and backgrounds;
- Be tolerant of differences and open to creative and innovative solutions;
- Be willing to work in social institutions.
- be included in the life and work of cultural institutions in the city.
- have basic skills in computer literacy; graphic design; text processing programs; multimedia; photo and video
camera.

Tarefas: During his service volunteer will use the following methods: teamwork; team building and participation in team meetings; work with small groups and local communities and institutions; working with the internet and multimedia software and social networks; preparation of the current report and information for the media and the local community; promoting programa "Erasmus+ +" - youth mobility and EVS;The project participants will be involved in activities to prepare the festival for street art; scenario, conducting rehearsals for performances, art workshops, preparation of sets and costumes, art installations. Participation in the realization of the festival and its promotion activities in Bulgaria and the sending organization. Preparation of multimedia products;

participation in the preparation and implementation of activities and initiatives of an organization (as described
in the standard weekly program of activities of the volunteer). Volunteers will carry out a feedback on the progress and impact of the project. Other methods: interaction, discussion, forum theater, multimedia presentations and interactive methods of informal learning (learning by doing), role play, study has and exchange of best practices in simulation work with the local community, as well as the organization of thematic meetings / dinners for intercultural exchange. Creates its Performance. During the operation will include activities feedback current and mid-term evaluation of the progress of the project and its impact to the local community and volunteers.

Will shoot a video that will be uploaded on the Internet as a kind of project result.

Will participate in theater groups to create, participation and representation of theater. Work in social institutions
and small settlements with various communities reinvention of different customs and cultures in Bulgaria.

Condições: 1

Formação: The participant shall carry out an online assessment of linguistic competences before and at the end of the mobility period, with the exception of native speakers. The participant shall immediately inform the organisation if he/she is unable to carry out the online assessment.

The participant shall follow the online [language to be specified] language course in order to prepare for the mobility activity abroad. The participant shall immediately inform the organisation if he/she is unable to carry out the online course.
