Resumo: The project takes place in a rural setting in two communities.
These 2 community realities, albeit different, they share a type of residential care, in which people guests remain for longer or shorter periods, and the methodology of social farming, in which the valence of therapeutic-rehabilitative and horticulture 'breeding of small animals is a cornerstone of the community project, in which everyone is involved. A third element that distinguishes the project is the adoption of sustainable lifestyles (self-generation of energy from renewable sources, the food self and the ability to recycle and repair). In addition all 2 houses are increasingly characterized by a multicultural context, where different histories and different nationalities come together and try to live with.

OBJECTIVES: To approach the local community to the guests of the Houses to fight the fears and the prejudices, to increase the integration and to enrich the guests of new experiences, knowledges and relationships. To compose a mosaic the more harmonious possible among the differences working for the equity and the inclusion.

Alongside its operational objectives, then there are the training objectives of the EVS volunteers; for the first half of the project: learning the language, mutual understanding, revision of expectations, resources and individual limits, knowledge of the area and the local culture. For the second half: achieving greater autonomy (both with respect to the service that the ability to move on land), organisation of initiatives, knowledge of local peculiarities also cultural, relational greater wealth through the new network of friends. Final draft of the Youthpass and assessment of skills in output.

Transversal to these objectives are the methods, which make reference to the priorities of the Action 1: to improve the competences key, to cooperate among working organizations in the sector of the young people, to spread good practices in the juvenile politics as the non formal education, to increase the international dimension in the interventions for the young people.

- Foster respect the faith of others;
- Be employed in moving (to and from public transport);
- Desire to study the Italian language;
- Be proactive and resourceful, bring ideas to increase the sharing of intercultural experiences and European;
- Put aside their own addictions such as internet, alcohol and smoking.

Tarefas: The project will be divided into two phases. In the first (3 months), the volunteers will be to the first house, in the second (another 3 months) will move to a different house. Volunteers will have an active role in supporting the project, but especially in the beginning, will be considered especially those in training, so it will be intensified educational support and mentoring.

The activities in which the volunteers will devote themselves are many and varied, mainly of a practical nature and to play along with the guests of the structures and operators. In fact, the "deal with" is the best way to enter into a relationship, and most importantly allows guests to regain management skills of everyday life often compromised. By way of example: housework and routine maintenance of the house, cooking, horticulture, maintenance of green areas, supply of firewood, animal care, relaxation moments (parties, outings, holidays, moments of spirituality and training), Support for refugees, and to Casa Martino even nurturing of children.

Gradually the volunteers will be able to propose new activities and build on their personal inclinations and this will be the original aspect of their presence. Also held meetings in schools to raise awareness of the EVS and volunteering, and work updating the site TESORI and documentation of their project.
