Resumo: This organisation is the joint parish council for the four parishes belonging to the Norwegian Church. The four parishes are Austefjord, Dalsfjord. Kilsfjord and Volda. The joint parish council is responsible for facilitating cooperation between the parishes, manage the economy and properties and take formal care of the employees in a way that serves the parishes. Education and activities for children and youths are an important part of the parishes’ activities. Most of these activities are parts of the Plan for Christian Education that our parishes adopted in 2012. The catechist is leader of these education and activities and does the work together with other employees and volunteers from the parishes. We want the volunteer to be a part of this team and join the work among children and youths.

The part objectives is to:
• Exchange experiences and methods for work with children and youths
• Develop new activities for youths and students in cooperation with the youths.
• Develop our leader training program for youths
• Prepare and implement Group Exchanges for a Norwegian youth group in a Programme country in 2016 and 2017 as a part of our leader training for youths
• Establish a youth council for the youths in our four parishes
• Inform about what Erasmus+ can offer, the values and activities.

Tarefas: • Lead creative activities for children and youths
• Co-workers in the church education program
• Co-workers in the Childrens choir
• Co workers in the Ten Sing Youth Group
• Co-worker in the training program for young leaders
• Develop and conduct new activities for youths and students together with youth leaders
• Plan Group Exchanges together with youth leaders and the youths
• Administrative tasks for the education team
• Practical tasks for the education team and for the YMCA
