Resumo: The Organizations is a non for profit organization that was founded in 2006. The objectives of the Federation are: promoting civic awareness in the regional community, defending the interests of civil organizations and popularize their activities, organizing courses, working-our programs and projects of development, making studies, collaborating with governmental and nongovernmental institutions.

Perfil: We are looking for to host a socially sensitive, nature friendly, proactive and curious volunteer. We believe he and/or she can find his/her place the better if has an interest in community involvement, youngsters education, roma or socially disadvantaged children improvement, active lifestyle, cultural and natural heritage promotion. We are interested in hosting volunteers, who are ready to follow their ideas, to initiate projects and to share their knowledge and hobbies with locals. We are open to manage activities proposed by the volunteer and contribute to make possible the new ideas that volunteer can have and bring them to the team of the entity. The weekly time will be spent on the above main tasks, in the town and in nearby small villages or in other local towns.

The volunteer must be ready for a flexible schedule and responsible with the tasks to which it will support. It is important to speak an advanced English and linguistic support to get familiar with the locally spoken Romanian and Hungarian will be provided by us.

Age: 17-30

Tarefas:
1. Support in the planning, management and improvement.

2. Coordinating and facilitating communication online, between Romanian teenager groups, who are part of the program. Related to social development and promoting civic awareness

3. Support in planning and developing activities for socially disadvantaged children and youngsters. Another member of our federation is a rural association, whose aim is to provide support for socially or economically disadvantaged children and for roma youngsters living in the village. (ex. After school activities, organizing trips, small shows, sport events – association open to the volunteers ideas)

4. Participate in activities, which provide support for elderly.

Related to promoting outdoor, healthy, active lifestyle and the natural and cultural heritage of the area

5. introduce the sights of the region, its natural and environmental values and to promote a better understanding of these settlements for locals and tourists. By bike or by foot, or even on horseback, it offers a wonderful experience to those who would like to get to know the mountains. It spans over 100 km. Orientation is helped by signposts and maps placed in settlements. Visitors can also familiarise themselves with the region's mushroom specialities during their wanderings.

6. Dissemination and popularization of EVS among local and rural youngsters and communities.
