Resumo: Our team is mainly composed by young people - between 20 and 30 years old. Great majority has rich experience in youth projects both local and international. Moreover we used to work as volunteers, thus we understand what does it mean volunteering, what are the principles behind this and the obstacles needed to be overcome. We have different educational background which we use while preparing and implementing projects.

Perfil: We generally look for volunteers who are dynamic, creative, sociable, patient and that know what they want to do. Our volunteer want to cooperate with the different target groups of our association: youth organizations and youth (e.g. youth leaders) as well as children (e.g. in kindergartens, schools), scouts or seniors.

Our European volunteers should not be afraid of traveling and have no bad habits. They should be motivated, willing to learn Polish, able to work in a team, be sociable, flexible and creative: we would like to host people with interesting hobbies, with their own ideas and open to different cultures. Strong motivation, willingness to see and to do something new, curiosity about the world and other cultures are welcome.

Tarefas: • Organize daily (or at 2-3 days intervals) educational activities;
• Organize free workshops-events on the theme of cultural differences, mainly in schools
• Organize the promotion of their own activities (newsletters, blog, leaflets and other kind of advertisement)
• Participate in EVS and Erasmus+ promotion
• Participate in summer camps, scouts camps and scouts events (possibility to take part in World Youth Day;
• Organize evaluation materials for the participants of own activities;
• Support in short, specific tasks/project our local partner NGOs
• Write blog articles and update EVS Facebook page
• Support the staff in daily activities;
• Organize language courses
• Learn Polish language and culture
• Suggest and realize his/her own ideas
