Resumo: Our organization was born from a desire of the local council. The aim was to create in the center of the town, a structure to facilitate exchange, youth expression and to promote youth initiatives. The organization welcomes all types of audience: according to their needs, the association develops animation projects and prevention for young people as a priority, but also for the entire population of the territory.
To do so, the association IMAJ’ has three tools (www.imaj32.fr):
- MUSIC - CRI'ART
More than concerts, the Cri'Art offers rehearsal spaces, residencies, workshops (Sound, Light), recordings, an Information Point for regional music and artistic coaching.
- MULTIMEDIA - CYBER-BASE GRAND AUCH
This space aims to make new technologies available to all and provide access to computer tools. The Cyber-base®’s team proposes discovery workshops (computer, Internet, office...) and multimedia projects. They work with various media including software, videos, sound, web pages and blogs...
- INFORMATION - YOUTH INFORMATION OFFICE
A friendly, free and anonymous place where information on virtually any subject can be found ... The workers offers specific coaching in the implementation of individual or group projects (methodology, funding, partners ...). The youth office is also a local resource center for information on Europe. We are regularly called upon to supervise or monitor initiatives with a European dimension. This is particularly the case with the European Program Erasmus +.
Perfil: - Motivation, team working, curiosity and open mind;
- Self-confidence and easy communication with kids, adults or people in general;
- Taking initiatives and autonomy
- Some base in French language
- Comfortable using online technology: mail, social network, internet
- Musical and artistic sensibility…
Age: 17-30
Tarefas: With the team, take part in the activities about Europe information
a) Information
Free documentation, creation of newsletters, updating the website and social network…
b) Activities
Participation in local EU information/networking events: exhibition, debate, intervention in high school…
c) Methodology
Support and information about European projects, programme Erasmus +, foreign opportunities, getting in contact…
General activities
- Welcome the public and the users of our spaces: concert, youth office…
- Participation in all the activities of the organization: concert, exhibitions, animation with teenagers, multimedia project, youth information…
- Testimony of European experience as a EVS for a local target: student, youth workers…
