Resumo: The host organization is a residential house for children. There are different reasons why the children live at the organization. They reason why children live is diverse: developmental issues, traumatic experiences, etc. De organization works according to Steiner principles. The volunteer lives in the house, together with the children. There will be one other EVS volunteer present. The premises is located in a very quiet, rural area, surrounded by nature. There is a small village in the close area.

Perfil: To work as a volunteer it is important that the volunteer:
1. has interest in working with children
2. is motivated to do household/operational activities
3. is able to live in a quiet and remote area
4. can be proactive to organize new and different activities or find solutions to personal problems.

Tarefas: The volunteer is mainly responsible for operational activities to smoothen the household. Activities with children are part of the duties, but the volunteer is never solely responsible for the children: professional staff is always present, also during the night. Work hours are determined together with the staff.
