Resumo: The association aims to develop young peoples’ and adults’ creativity, soft and professional skills. For this reason, the association carries out international projects which promote EU citizenship, interdisciplinary and international cooperation, non-formal education, arts and culture, human rights and remembrance.

This is achieved by designing, organizing and implementing international projects such as training courses, seminars, meetings, conferences and contact making events. The main aims of the meetings foster cultural exchange, tolerance and understanding. The association has got an international network of NGOs, culture centers, universities, schools, creative businesses and public bodies across Europe.

Perfil: • When the association runs international projects the volunteer should support the projects during the weekend or after the office work
• The volunteer should be motivated and able to work effectively and in a team
• The volunteer should have a good level of English language
• Good knowledge of German language is an asset
• Computer skills are also necessary (Office, Powerpoint, Excel, Internet etc.)
• Team spirit but also able to work individually
• Good communication and presentation skills

We are very interested in cooperating with young people who have knowledge and some
experience in:

•Graphic and web design
•Photography & photo editing
•Video shooting and editing
•Project Management: planning, designing, organizing and implementing projects, fundraising
•Facilitating international training courses, seminars and meetings

Tarefas: In 2011, the host organization became an accredited receiving, coordinating and sending organisation for EVS (European Voluntary Service) and in June 2012, our association accepted for the first time two volunteers for one year.
The volunteer is going to support our association’s cultural activities and our office as an employee with equal rights. He or she is given the opportunity to initiate activities according to his/her own cultural background, to co-organize events and to put his/her own ideas and projects into practice.

Horário: • Voluntary work from Monday to Friday (32 to 38 hours a week)
