Resumo: The host organization is the leading inter-governmental organization in the field of migration and works closely with governmental, intergovernmental and non-governmental partners.

Perfil: - Proven ability to work as part of the team; able to work independently; willing to take initiative
- Sociable, patient, flexible;
- Willing to learn local language;
- Efficiency and ability to work effectively in stressful conditions and situations;
- Good knowledge of English and working on PC
Age: 17-30

Tarefas: The volunteer will be involved in assisting project coordinators in organizing logistically all kinds of events: trainings, seminars, conferences, roundtables, other.
1) He/She will get acquainted first-hand with all the organizational and logistic stages of a successful training event. Involvement in such activities brings multicultural exposure to the volunteers, as well as a feeling of recognition.
2) Providing administrative assistance in the office: logistics, maintaining the files, updating mailing lists, post;
3) Updating information on our web page ;
4) Translations and proof reading of the documents (if applicable);
5) The volunteer will assist with research projects.
6) The volunteer will manage a clear-cut project in line with their skills, personal interests and goals; This will also be an opportunity for them to develop their own ideas or initiative;
