Resumo: The project aims is to approbate the model for effective cooperation between youth organizations and institutions by mobilizing available resources to address one of the fundamental problems with the welfare of disadvantaged people, in
particular people with disabilities /mental and physical / problem connected to discrimination and accepting them as people with equal rights and equal opportunities.

Perfil: Young people
 Between 18 and 30 years old
 Ready and able to attend for the full duration of the project and with basic or
good command of the English language

Tarefas: The project objectives
• Implementation of voluntary work for a period of 12 months in the city to support the organization aimed to help socialization and integration of people with disabilities in the day care center for young people with disabilities

• Achieving a high visibility, clarity and transparency regarding information on the nature of volunteering and voluntary work to the capabilities of the European voluntary service and its history over the last 20 years.

• The host organization to successfully develop and maintain an effective mechanism for voluntary mediation between the host organization, the partners of the consortium, the local community in terms of institutions, organizations, individuals and supporters, and not least in the volunteers themselves.
• To establish a good partnership and cooperation between all stakeholders involved in the project, for a successful teamwork

• Aim for young people through volunteering to live in different areas, to develop different skills, to understand the skills and knowledge to help them understand themselves and what they want and are willing to learn and to engage in future as a profession and realization. Increasing skills, new knowledge and acquiring skills in the
participants in the project - The volunteers, led the project, mentor, supervisor, team
project as a whole and indirect participants.

The activities of volunteers are aimed at supporting the main activities of the Association in a day center for people with disabilities taking part in organizing the daily activities in the form of celebrations, games, educational activities, initiatives. Volunteers will support their peers in building social skills as - use of washing, ironing, cooking, turndown and room cleaning, personal hygiene care, body care and health. Will initiate sporting outdoor activities, walks in the park, visiting cultural monuments, cinema, theater, zoo. Places where their peers with disabilities to date have not been able to attend due to insufficient mobility and movement in difficult surroundings. Volunteers together with representatives of the host organization and the employees of the center will learn, will share will relax and have fun together. So through this EVS project will be able to find newfriends - both among the project participants and the local community.

The project is connected with the objectives of Erasmus + because it gives young people a chance to participate in mobility to gain new skills, competencies that help them guidance and personal development, to become more competitive in the labor market.
