Resumo: The volunteer will work in the social and cultural center with all kind of inhabitants of the local area. He/she will be encourage and accompanied to support kids, youngsters and adults during the activities and the projects helped with non-formal tools. The volunteer’s work will be guided by our professional emplyees. Also the volunteer will get the free space to create and implement own ideas. In terms of Service and learning opportunities, the volunteer will have a varied role and therefore gain invaluable experience and skills for working with people.

Perfil: We are looking for open minded people who want to collect a lot of experiences in the daily work with different people (kids, youngsters, adults) . We expect that the volunteer bring in a high motivation for working with others. Moreover the volunteer has a stabilized personality so that s/he is able to encouraged and accompanied people during activities and projects. To be creative or open to resolve challenges will be appreciated. S/he should be ready to live for one year in a rural area or to move around to find social activities ;)

Tarefas: • To support the organisation about it project of cultural cafe (opening at the end of 2016) by programming events, exhibitions, concert, conference ;
• To accompanie the youth leader during the leisure centers, summer camps and school activities with kids and youngsters;
• To be creative for our new design newspaper which is delivery in our area. This quarterly bulletin is made for the 15-25 year olds ;
• To help our organisation to be more efficient with communication ;
• To promote the mobility to the youth ;
• To reinforce the twin towns actions by creating events.
• To participe to the local big events (month of diversity, carnaval...)

Horário: The volunteer will work five days a week, 35 hours a week including French online course. S/he will have two days holidays per month (+ extra days because of special rule in our organisation.)
