Resumo: The host organization exists for around 35 years and the children and youngsters live together in small groups with around 7 people. The staff members off the organization try to give together with the parents and the persons who are responsible for the around 27 children, youngsters and young adults with mentally and physically disabilities a first and second home. They are going to promote and to support them till they find a suitable place to live and to work.

Perfil: • The applicants should be between 18 and 30 years old.
• The applicants should have good knowledge of german
• The applicants should be motivated to work with children and youth
• The applicants should be motivated to integrate in Germany
