Resumo: The Association is a branch of a national organization carrying the same name, which has been developing numerous national and local projects concentrated on many issues such as the motives and the effects of corruption and its level in the Romanian society, in the current period. In addition the problems of corruption, monitoring the state’s institutions, the tuition and encouragement to civic participation in order to solve the problems of the Romanian society and bringing on to the public agenda the important factors for providing the optimal solutions have been some of the issues seriously debated among the members of our organization.One of the main points of the development strategy of our association follows to increase and encourage the abilities of the young generation.

Perfil:  Young people that are 18-30 years old and that would want to volunteer in the association;
 Young people that are from families who have just one parent, or, from different reasons, they grow up without the biological parents;
 Young people that come from poor families, with few financial opportunities;
 Young people with communication abilities that would work with pupils from different schools and high schools;
 Young people that want to help pupils to realize their tasks during the workshops, realizing different products (for instance, hand-made products);
 Responsible young people that would like to realize the stage tasks in a serious way, with responsibility, because they will learn and develop in a personal way in a multicultural team based on non discrimination.

Tarefas: • The first objective - 6 volunteers in 10 months of stage will be learnt to develop individual abilities, using non formal methods, with pupils in schools and high schools from urban and rural areas, against bullying phenomenon and use of drugs;
• Volunteers get to know about the bullying phenomenon and will be able to identify it in schools and high schools and the causes which generate it. They will make a study on this subject and will apply specific tools (questionnaires, interviews, family survey, etc.)
• Improving communication between teachers, students and parents (schools) in order to reduce violence by organizing debates, events and joint activities.
