Resumo: The host organization is a non-governmental, non-profit and non-party affiliated organization established in 2002. The main fields of interest are: strengthening the relation between the electorate and its elected representatives, observing the correctness of the electoral process, civic education; citizens' participation in the process of the public policies drafting, the transparency of public institutions and their control by the civil society; protecting human rights. One of the strategic objectives of the organization is to develop projects with and for youth.

The organization, works with a team of competent people, well-trained in youth project management. We intend to involve young people who are searching for a job, either they finished university or not. Also, young people who need this EVS in order to help plan their career better.

Perfil: Age of the volunteers must be between 18 and 30.
 A gender balance is recommended
 The persons selected must be active, enthusiastic, have team spirit, and prove willingness for
involvement in voluntary activities with young volunteers from the host organization;
 Volunteers must prove light experience in working with children and involvement in previous youth
projects
 Volunteers must support the host organization in fulfilling the tasks according to the activities of the project and they must respect the rules of the host organization

Tarefas: • Getting to know the local community and the National Agency training stage;
• The EVS volunteers will be prepared on each of the following themes:
- Initiation in journalism
- Types of personalities
- Nonverbal language
- Non formal education course
- Psycho-pedagogical course for kindergarten
- Balance through volunteering
- Personal development course
- Fundraising course
• In the first part of the stage (first 2 months) the volunteers will have trainings on developing individual skills and gaining new ones, alongside with pupils from Braila high schools;
• In the second part of the stage the volunteers will apply what they learnt in activities with children from kindergarten in urban area (Kindergarten no.11) and rural area (Multifunctional Center Lanurile), with pupils from School Sf. Andrei.
• Volunteers will initiate and organize events (using non formal methods like: round table, photo voice, workshops, public coffee activity, etc.) together with young people from Pro Democracy clubs in Braila;
• Volunteers will make and share promoting materials: agenda books and the album of the project (including data about the project, information about Erasmus+ for youth, photos and testimonials)
• Promotion and visibility in all the resulted materials, mass media releases – periodical new releases, appearing in public and on social networks/ Braila SEV Europe is the Facebook page
• Writing monthly reports by EVS volunteers, mentors, Romanian language teacher
• Monitoring according to the established activities plan with project team
• Evaluation and realization of the reports in the project.
