Resumo: The host organization is a primary school, working on a simplified state curriculum and a member of the network of special schools for children with special needs. The school's mission: to educate, train, develop, rehabilitate and correct the students of the school, preparing them for independent living.

Perfil: Volunteer should be open to working with youth with special needs, patience and pro-active attitude are characteristics highly valued.
Age: 17-30

Tarefas: The volunteer will work mainly at school during the lessons developing several activities and at students dormitory. The volunteer will support the preparation of teachers/educators with the daily activities and organizing activities and different events, show her creativity, manual and musical skills, will also be of assistance at meal time
