Resumo: The objectives are:
- Developing and increasing the key competences of young people
- Promoting solidarity and social inclusion among young people
- Promoting active citizenship and volunteering
- Promoting non-formal education
- Promoting a healthy lifestyle among young people
- Developing and strengthening transnational cooperation between organizations from the field of youth

Perfil: age: 17-30

Tarefas: a) "OUT" Workshops of outdoor and sport activities with young people who are at risk on the marginalization/social exclusion from the Social Center "Rainbow", the Multifunctional Center for Counseling and Education and the City Sports Club:
- Football Club
- Volleyball Club
- Orienteering&Treasure-Hunt Club

b) "RAINBOW" Workshops for street and/or sport dance with young people who are at risk on the marginalization/social exclusion from the Social Center "Rainbow", the Multifunctional Center for Counseling and Education and the City Sports Club
c) "Cheerleading" Workshops with young people who are at risk on the marginalization/social exclusion from the Social Center "Rainbow", the Multifunctional Center for Counseling and Education and the City Sports Club
d) "EXPERTS" Workshops with young people who are at risk on the marginalization/social exclusion from the Social Center "Rainbow", the Multifunctional Center for Counseling and Education and the City Sports Club
e) "IN-SOCIETY" Club with young people who are at risk on the marginalization/social exclusion from the Social Center "Rainbow", the Multifunctional Center for Counseling and Education and the City Sports Club:
- foreign languages and european cultures workshops
- boardgames workshops
- trash-art workshops
- non-formal theater workshops

f) "Erasmus+" Workshops for promoting The Erasmus Plus Programmes in the field of youth
