Resumo: The host organization is located in a country town and agriculture is very strong in the area. where is situated greatest arable land area. The town is also known of its enterprises and industry and these employ most of the people. Surface area is 750 km² . Landscape is very flat although there is also one small downhill skiing hill. Culture and sport activities are very strong in the area.
The aim of the project is to bring internationality for youth and youth work. This will exist by giving a chance for youth to meet young person from other culture. S/he will also be a good representative of a young person who has taken his/her chance to visit other country and to learn other culture and language.

Perfil: We are looking for a social, open minded and active young person. S/he should have a basic
knowledge of computers and s/he is interested in working in groups (team work) and interested in culture.
Age: 17-30

Tarefas: The volunteer will take part in the everyday life activities of the Youth Department. The volunteer can tell about her/his own country and culture at schools and in the youth centre. S/he would be a good example for other youth of intercultural learning. The volunteer will work in local youth centre, in youth house and at schools. S/he would bring internationality for children's and youth’s everyday life.
Volunteer's normal tasks will be everyday office tasks with computer in youth office and s/he will also work with children and youth in schools and in youth house. Volunteer will also arrange cultural events and other events with other the city departments.

During the EVS project the volunteer can do also create a own project based on the volunteers own
interests and the needs of the community
