Resumo: As hosting organisation our goal with EVS is to give opportunity for the young volunteers to see more clearly what they want to do in life trough the method of learning by doing and while this to be able to support others as well. This means that we give support in defining what these goals mean exactly for each volunteer and how he/she wants to achieve them. We create the frame and the space for them to develop themselves personaly and reflect on the process they are going through during their EVS project. With this we would like to inspire the volunteer to take responsibility of his/her own life, to understand that he/she can realise a lot if she/he is determinant and has enough help from the experienced Hungarian volunteers of our association.

This is the way how all of the volunteers work in our association, and in past 15 years of youth work and it is prooved to be a really powerful and succesful method.
As sending organisation we aim to give possibility to Hungarian young people for non formal and intercultural learning in a different European country. We believe it might enrich their knowledge and skills and with this increase their employability back in Hungary. We also promote volunteering– it is part of our every day activities in the Association.

Perfil: - be avaliable for the whole duration of the volunteering period and pre-departure training;
- interest in the work with children and youth or social work generally;
- previous experiences in using camera or new media tools;
- open minded and communicative, creative personality able to work in team;
- flexibility and good knowledge of English language;
- age: 18-30

Tarefas: Work with children and youth in this vacancy for volunteers means planning, preparing and delivering English speaking action-based learning sessions for disadvantaged children and youngsters in 5 villages; realizing voluntary actions actively involving local communities; participation in the practical tasks in order to run the group accommodation of Creative Space; organizing creative workshops, sharing your ideas and talents with the fellow-volunteers.
