Perfil: - be avaliable for the whole duration of the volunteering period and pre-departure training;
- willingness to do operational farm work;
- willingness to cycles 6 km back and forth from the accommodation to the working place;
- open minded and communicative, creative personality able to work in team;
- flexibility and good knowledge of English language;
- age: 18-30.

Tarefas: The host organization is looking for two volunteers able to assist in various working areas, such as farm (dairy cattle and agriculture); the vegetable garden; the green house and dairy production (cheese, butter, yoghurt, curd); the ornamental garden (yard maintenance, forestry, floriculture); sales activities of the various products to different shops. The volunteers will collaborate with the team leader, the entrepreneur, clients with a mental disability and people with mental problems and will be able to learn to work together with others in a wide variety of circumstances, related both to agriculture and the social aspects of the working environment.
