Resumo:
The host organization is located in a city with many opportunities for working but also leisure time activities. It has the population of almost 500 thousands inhabitants. The city is an importante centre of Slovakia, this means it can offer not only interesting working but also leisure time opportunities.
As the costs provided by EVS for the accomodation is quite low for the conditions, the organization will strive to accommodate volunteers in a walk-distance from the office (as the economic centre has also the highest prices for accomodation, food, and public transportation). Thus the resources for local transportation could be saved and used for accommodation. Hosted volunteers will not be located in a live-in community, so there are no rules or conditions that are applicaple for them.

Perfil: - young (17-30 years old), creative, and motivated person open to new challenges
- communicative, willing to work with people
- fluency in English
- has an hobby in photography and graphic design
- willing to learn and come up with new ideas.

Tarefas: The main responsibility of the EVS volunteer is preparation and organization of various public events, PR and communication materials and events for volunteers in the region, volunteer coordinators coming from different NGOs, as well as to support the engagement of foreigners living in the region into volunteering. This will help to strengthen the active participation of people – especially young people – in the life of their communities and become active citizens.

Horário: 30 working hours/week – Monday to Friday (exceptionally weekends)
