Resumo: The Foundation was established on 1st of July 1995, it was then entered into the National Court Register. The Foundation is derived from the activities of the Diocesan Pastoral Center of Academic. Thanks to the commitment, dedication and clearly designated target group of young people headed by SP., managed to put the first steps that continue to this day.

Initially, he Foundation was privately owned educational institution operating in the parish (the founding body, and operators), the time (in 2003) the organization was transformed into a foundation. Under the new facility operations and expanded it a number of new and interesting projects. The Foundation is always closely follows the needs of the local community and seeks to respond to these needs.

The mission of the Foundation is based on personality concept of education in terms of John Paul II. The theory assumes, among others educate a man in a conscious and subjective, treating the individual as responsible for his actions. Particularly important is the autonomy of man that he should become good for others.
Personality theory is promoted, not only among children and adolescents; the mature and elderly people have the opportunity to shape their personality through implementation of the actions of the organization. We are trying to reach both the younger and older. The first group we get most often as educators, trainers and animators, offering them a responsible attitude growing up and build their own identity. The second - students and adults - we get by offering opportunities to develop their passions, talents and interests through projects and activities in the fields of art, culture and education. "

The main objectives of the Foundation are to:
• promote and sustain the values associated with Polish culture,
• encourage and promote the educational,
• organize activities for families, charity and sports and recreation,
• raising public awareness of environmental protection and health care.

Perfil: • good if he/she would have experience with disabled people;
• open and eager to prepare workshops and organize them for disabled people;
• patient;
• creative;
• reliable;
• punctual;
• initiative.

Age: 17-30

Tarefas: The volunteer will assist full-time employees of the Workshop Therapy Place (part of The foundation for disabled people in working with people with disabilities. The WTP has six workshops: household appliances, carpentry, art and handicrafts, tailoring, and gardening. Volunteers will assist people with disabilities in their daily work and rehabilitation, as well as the outputs, trips and excursions. The volunteer will be able to pursue their own ideas. It will also be able to develop in working with various local communities.

Tasks belonging to the volunteer:
- Help therapists in their daily work in the studios;
- Support for exits, walks and tours,
- Running games of their own countries,
- Preparation of the culture their own countries,
- Promotion of volunteering at events.

Horário: An example of a volunteer work day (Monday to Friday):
8:00 - 8:15 - Common commencement of work;
8:15 - 10:30 - Working in Occupational Therapy Workshop
10:30 - 11:00 - joint second breakfast;
11:00 - 15:00 - Working in Occupational Therapy Workshop.
