Resumo: Our organization is a non-profit organization established in 2001, which militates for the improvement and welfare of Roma people inside Romania. Our organization has the main target to create a workspace needed for meetings and trainings in order to cultivate civic awareness and to develop political and social active commitment of youth Roma.
The organization have over the 12 years of activity, over the years involved and experienced the participation of more than 100 volunteers, in different projects and targeted actions.
Basically, our organization has direct contact and collaboration with volunteers of 12 main communities with significant Roma population. Our mission it involves solving problems faced by poor families, priority being Roma, as are most disadvantaged. Objectives:
 Preserving, promoting cultural traditions, crafts and port Roma.
 Defend human rights, regardless of ethnicity, gender, religion, political affiliation, both at home and abroad.
 Supports process: education, health, socio-professional, cultural.
 Inform and SUPPORT the development and implementation of projects in partnership with local authorities in all areas of public interest for the development of settlements to European standards.

Perfil: Age: 17-30

Tarefas: The aim of the project is to create a suitable environment for EVS volunteers to share positive personal experiences, ideas, opinions and trends with young people with fewer opportunities from rural communities in the spirit of mutual motivation to identify solutions to their problems and strengthen their personality in an intercultural context. The project will be focused on non-formal education of EVS volunteers and preparation to support the local community to address and overcome environmental challenges, to raise the awareness among children and young people about environmental issues through environmental education.

Training for EVS volunteers: The activities proposed under this name we intend to support personal development and accumulation of new knowledge by EVS volunteers:
 On arrival training;
 Romanian Language Course;
 Non-formal education methods Course;
 Roma Culture & History;
 Introduction in Environmental Science;
 Project Management;
 Advocacy Campaign;
The activities are planned for personal and professional development of young people through non-formal learning experiences in the context of application specific methods to improve the image of Roma communities.
