Resumo: The host oranization is non-profit, non-governmental association. The oganization was created on the basis of young leaders from community. The mission of organization is to build bridge of friendship, dialogue and mutual understanding among youth from different communities. Association aims to support youths' educational development by different programs in order to make them more attractive and competitive for potential employers, to promote solidarity and tolerance, intercultural relations in youth etc. Our target group is children and youngsters with fewer opportunities from rural communities which are characterized by lowest standards of development and few opportunities for personal, social and professional improvement. Our Objectives are: To provide educational programs to the young people with fewer opportunities (from a less-privileged cultural, geographical or socio-economic background), to promote understanding of cultural diversity and to support their integration into society
