Resumo: About 200 people work in this institution. The institution implements state employment guarantees on the local level and offers support for jobseekers who want to find a job more quickly, giving them the opportunity to acquire the necessary skills to compete and succeed in the labour market, helps employers find qualified labour force.

The institution consist of several different departments and subdepartments – one of them is the Youth Job Centre. It was founded in 2003.
The main objectives of the Youth Job Centre are to help youth integrate into labour market, develop skills needed to compete in labour market, motivate to life long learning and help adjust to changes in labour market.
The services of Youth Job Centre are for young people who are beginning their work career, young people who have fallen out of education and labour market systems, university students, school students, teachers and leaders of educational institutions, employers, youth organizations and other social partners.

Youth Job Centre provides information and consultation about situation in labour market and marketable professions, job vacancies, ways to seek for a job, institutions of education and vocational training, law regulating labour market, free movement of persons and employment possibilities abroad.
We organize seminars about situation in labour market, vocational guidance, career planning, basics of work search on the Internet, basics of entrepreneurship, small business organization - how to start owner business, about possibilities to participate in projects supported by European Social Fund, free movement of persons, EURES net and services, European work mobility portal, Europass documents, preparation of CV and motivation letter, volunteering and etc. Our clients also can use free internet for information search, computers of self-dependent information search, computers of vocational information.
Currently four consultants work in the Youth Job Centre.
