Resumo: The Association has an office in Hungary, in the Incubator and Community House which gives home to many of the independent theatre groups in the country. There is a canteen in the House and many times there are cultural events with contemporary artists. It is possible to participate in dance courses, juggling, yoga and art workshops. At the backyard we have a very small garden and when the weather is nice it is possible to sit down at the terrace.

Perfil: We are looking for volunteers who are between 18-30 years old, and who are interested in culture, mainly theatre. The volunteer(s) don’t need to have any previous knowledge or professional experience. Reliability and commitment are important factors. It is important for the colleagues to be able to work in a team and to identify with the theatrical educational aims of organization. Flexibility, creativity and self-determination means an advantage. We search young people who are either at the beginning of their career and are open to new challenges in theatre.

Our ideal candidate is curious of him- or herself in an unexpected situation, wants to try improvisation and open for new way of learning: in learning of non-formal education and in Theatre-in-Education or Drama-in-Education programs.
The selection process is going to be transparent and will take place through advertisements. We offer skype for making contact.

Tarefas: - Participation in helping the Group - that is mentally diseased people's drama group.
- Assisting in young people’s theatre group
- Participating in summer camps
- Create own project according to our activities
We deal with a special way of non-formal education. By international volunteers we can improve and promote it at the same time.
We offer also possibility to participate in the management: in communication and administration of the association
