Resumo: Our school is located in a town of about 18 000 inhabitants in Poland. This region is mainly agricultural and opulent in tourist attractions, such as virgin forests and rivers –sheltering unique species of flora and fauna. Another distinctive feature of the region is its cultural diversi-ty due to its borderland location.
The students in our school , aged 15 to 18, learn two foreign languages: English and German.

Perfil: Age: 17-30
Many of the activites depends on the interests and abilities of the volunteer. It’s important to bring his/her own, new ideas for this project.

Tarefas: In our school there is a sports club which may provide different activities, such as playing football, basketball or volleyball. There are special trainers who meet regularly with students.The volunteer could join one of the sports‘ team or be a trainer of his/her team.Volunteer can take part in the theatre classes which are held regularly twice a week. The volunteer could work together with the theatre instructor or have his/her own theatre group.

There is a small group of singers and musicians in our school who sing. If the volunteer is interested in this kind of activity , he/she could join this group or organize his/her own. Finally, the volunteer can take part in different school lessons on which teachers will be presenting interesting experiments. There will be also a possibility to help the teacher with the volunteer‘s own ideas to do classes which the volunteer chooses to do.

The volunteer will be able to work with pupils after their obligatory classes or direct their actions to young-sters who live in in a boar-ding house. They can create interest's clubs, e.g. foreign language club ( it can help our pupils to develop their foreign language skills), literature club, sports club. They can organize competitions for pupils ( e.g dancing, singing, sport, art) or organize the day of the country which they come from.
