Resumo: The Association, is a youth association, founded in 2009. The idea of setting up this association belongs to a group of trainers from the County, who wanted to promote training skills among young people in the town, especially among young people in the rural area.
Mainly the organization aims to improve the quality of rural education system but also involve local factors in the educational process.
We want the implementation of training for both young teachers and for students, unemployed and others in need. Another priority will be given to the accreditation of new innovative training, to provide new learning opportunities for those interested.
ACTIVITIES
• Vocational training for the youth, disadvantaged youth, ethnic minorities, unemployed.
• International youth exchanges.
• Establishment and implementation of social programs.
• Establishment and implementation of cultural and civic programs.
• Rural development and rural youth access to forms of non-formal learning.
• Training sessions in accredited institutions.
• Promoting transnational mobility.
• Organization of summer camps.
• Organization of seminars, conferences and exhibitions.
• Developing web pages for promoting civic and cultural youth activities.
• Establishment and implementation of projects from EU funds.

Perfil: The profile of the desirable volunteer will be:
- age between 18 – 30 years
- adaptability to an multicultural working environment
- desire to work outdoor and promote ecological and environmental education
- desire to participate to youth activities using non formal education methods
The existence of vacancy in the EVS project, will be communicated using the following tools:
- posters at the partner organizations
- annoncements on the partners web pages
- information sessions about the project during the meetings with young people from the local communities
- ads on the webpage of the coordinator organization and posting messages on discussion groups specific to EVS and youth projects.

Tarefas: The activities of the EVS stage will be divided in 3 subcategories:
a) outdoor activities in the village.
b) activities in 6 schools from rural environment.
c) media campings.

Within them, will be done the following activities:
- organization of the activities, in the Village Museum, where the volunteers will tell stories to the pupils visiting the museum, using the non formal education methods, storytelling. Also within these activities, will be organized workshops for discover the traditions: making traditional handcrafts in wood, using the traditional music instruments, pottery, making bread in the traditional oven, trips with the cartridge etc. The volunteers will organize representations of forum theatre and shadow theatre, exhibition of photography with the help of “photo – voice” method, films projections, with the help of “film – voice” method.

- workshops of personal development, organized in schools from rural area. Thus, will be organized workshops in schools. Within these workshops, the volunteers will use non formal education methods as: development of the life abilities, relational communication, game storming, graphic facilitation, appreciative inquiry.
- media campaign promoting the civic responsibility by promoting the blood donation. In this activity, the volunteers will use non formal education methods as: social animation, forum theatre, flash mob, role games, press releases, film voice, photo-voice.
- media campaign promoting the learning by discovering the traditions. Within this activity, the volunteers will use non formal education methods as: forum theatre, flash mob, storytelling, photo-voice, gamestorming, intercultural games, living library.
