Resumo: The Foundation was established on the 1st of July 1995, it was then entered into the National Court Register. The Foundation is derived from the activities of the Diocesan Academic Pastoral Center.
Initially, the Foundation was a privately owned educational institution, operating in the parish (the founding body and the operator). In 2003, the Foundation was transformed into a foundation. Under the new form, the Foundation’s activities were enriched with a number of new and interesting projects. The Foundation closely follows
the needs of the local community and actively responds, if necessary.

The mission of the Foundation is based on John Paul II’s concept of personal education. The theory assumes, among others, to educate people in a conscious and subjective style, treating the
individual as responsible for his actions.
Particularly important is the autonomy of man that he should become good for others.
We promote the personality theory, not only among children and adolescents, but also among the mature and elderly people to have the opportunity to shape their personality through implementation of the actions of the organisation.
We are trying to reach people of all ages, especially the children and the adolescent. The first group we greet as teachers, trainers and animators, offering them a responsible attitude for growing up and shaping their own identity.
The second group, students and adults, we reach by offering opportunities to develop their passions, talents and interests through projects and activities in the fields of art, culture and education."
Despite the fact this is a Catholic foundation, people of all religions and beliefs are welcome to take part in our projects. Apart from their main tasks, invited volunteers may take part in any activity our foundation has to offer.
