Resumo: The host organization situates in a town where are 10 000 people living. Youth Center is very close to the center of the town, school, swimming pool, forest and train station (about 15 minute walk). It is the only this kind of organisation in the town, others are hobby ecenters, music school, different hobby classes.
The host organization is 2 floored building together with gym hall. In the organization is everything needed for office work and different specialisation for youth. We have 3 offices with computers, copy machines etc. On the first floor there are access to the gym hall, (music) recording studio room, seminar hall, 2 dressing rooms together with 1 sauna room, 1 art classroom and a radio room. On the first floor we also have a big room for concerts, pool and table tennis. It is also possible to play boardgames over there and buy some coffee, tea and sweets. It is possible to use free wireless internet.

Perfil: Young person willing to work with teenagers, creative, and good sense of commitment.
Age: 17-30

Tarefas: Working with local youngsters in open youth centre. Main task is to organise different activities with and for youngsters.

The volunteer responsibilities would be: making different workshops in chosen areas, lead the work of youth groups, support the co-workers in the centre, helping youngsters to realise their ideas, promote youth center and its activities and more. Volunteer will take part in all process of all the work, meetings etc. Most of the time he/she would be involved with teenagers.

The organization as a host-organisation can offer lot of possibilities to improve volunteers skills in different areas. To get experienced working together with very different people(children, teenagers, grownups, people with different cultural background). To lead a workshop or event. To make his/hers ideas real and support it with all of our help. To get contacts not only from the organization, but also other nearby villages and towns.
Volunteer will work in the center 4 days a week, 6 hours per day. In one day in a week a volunteer will work in another organization. The biggest part of the work day will include socializing and playing with young people. Because the youth center is opened until 9 pm the main working time is in the evenings.
Twice or three times in a week there are different kind of hoby clubs where volunteer can also participate and help.
