Resumo: The host organization is an environmental non profit NGO. The NGO works in four main area
Management of ecological important sites – here we manage sites through biodiversity conservation, habitat restoration, educational nature trails, clean ups and tree planting, guided walks and educational activities

Environmental Education - - here we prepare educational activities for school children and members of the public visiting our sites or other ecological and Natura 2000 sites in the Maltese Islands, we prepare material and do school visits, we run the Foundation for Environmental Education Programmes that is Eco schools, Young Reporters for the Environment, Learning About Forests, Blue Flag Beaches and Green Key Hotels. We also publish educational material and Books

Wildlife Rescue – we rescue injured Turtles and hedgehogs. Rehabiliatate these and then release back into the wild. WE are also running wildlife adoption campaigns to collect funds to build the first wildlife rehabilitation centre in Malta for all injured wildlife recovered. This as to be able to cure and release all wild animals brought over and at the same time educate the public

Campaigns – we work on Biodiversity protection campaigns, Climate change, water quality, marine ecology, sustainable fishing and sustainable development.
The NGO is run by the Executive President and is helped by 5 part times and 6 educators. Other volunteers join in various events. NTM has over 2200 members
