Resumo: The organization aims to connect people from different cultures and backgrounds. Getting to know a different culture through working as a volunteer in a social or cultural institution and living with a local host family widens one's horizon and supports people's personal development while encouraging understanding and respect between different societies and cultures.
The organization tries to achieve these goals through its cultural exchange programs:
- They send Swiss youths abroad for short (1-4 months) and long-term (6 or 12 months) voluntary services.
- They host youth from all over the world for long term exchanges (6 to 12 months).
During their exchange programs, these young people work as volunteers in local institutions and live with a host family.
The team of the organization consists of 4 part time employees, 1 trainee and 1 EVS volunteer. The programs are implemented with the help of many voluntary co-workers.

Perfil: Requirement: Knowlegde in German and English.
Age: 17-30

Tarefas:  everyday administration work
 helping to organize and participation in camps and activities for the Incoming and Outgoing
volunteers
 helping with the marketing work: information evenings, workshops, stands, facebook page
 creation of additional leisure activities for the volunteers
