Resumo: The volunteer will be accommodated either in a furnished appartment on the ground level of an individual house, or in a student room. In both cases he/she will not be isolated, and will be able to have people with whom to exchange.
The city counts 13,300 inhabitants, it is the third city of the department of the Tarn, and possesses numerous assets which explain its economic and demographic growth : industry, tourism and services.
At the cultural level there are museums (fine arts, tradition, archaeology), an ancient abbey, a renowned vineyard.
The city is located on a historical crossroad. A developped network of buses and trains enables anyone to travel easily from the city

The organization
Reasons to put children in these school are numerous and multiple: the specific teaching pedagogy, the linguistic immersion, the associative organization which gives a "family" atmosphere at school, the promotion of the Occitanie language and culture. These aspects attract families from different social and cultural origins. The linguistic immersion, and the way it is brought to the children, leads to a certain openess on the rest of the world. And that aspect has been brought upfront, when we count the children whose parents come from other countries (Poland, Romania, Hollande, United Kingdom,….)

Perfil: Age: 18-30

Tarefas: This project EVS for the volunteer will consist in taking an active part in the whole activities of the organization. Then, she will work with the team of Youth Workers in all the actions concerning the Leisure Center (6 to12 years), Young people Area (13 to 17 years) and Helping Education (primary school and schoolboys Education). She will also take part in “Making Projects» with the Young adults (18 to 30 years) who are in request to have experiences in European Mobility.
