Resumo: Numerous artists choose this particular countryside for inspiration and exchange. Developped by a street art company, is dedicated to creation. As street art is not designed to play in theatres, the company is more like an art fabric center designed to welcome various art disciplines.
Situated in the countryside, the company has been built on a ecological neighbourhood with high environmental standards underlining a great concern with development.
The cmpany could be described as a living place hosting artists during creations and impulsing exchanges.
So far, welcoming and hosting the volunteer into the centre would help him to get involved into its dynamism and to meet artists and creations. Furthermore, by living by himself in the countryside the volunteer could get isolated : as a matter of great concern we would integrate him in our art fabric centre.

Perfil: We are willing to collaborate with “ROMANS INTERNATIONAL” for the volunteer selection process.
We are looking for a person who :
 Is willing to share the centre and the company day life
 Is open minded and curious, knows how to welcome new arrivants and react to new circonstances
 Knows the cultural sector and specially living arts
 Has a driving licence in reason of the geografic situation of the centre or has a real taste for long distance cycling
 Has a taste for cooking in order to help preparing meals for artists in creation.
The volunteer has to be over 18.

Tarefas: Welcoming
The volunteer will be hosted at the Gare à Coulisses. A caravan will be at his disposal and he will have access to the kitchen and bathroom.

Learning opportunites
Dealing with French learning, a person will be in charge of teatching French grammar during working time on a regular basis. Then, the volunteer will have the opportunity of meeting numerous artists which will lead him to pratice French.
At the same time, the centre develops several training which the volunteer will be invited to attend. He will then be in position to meet other local people out of the professional context as well as to practice artistic disciplines such as dance or music.

Activities
The Transe Express company has been working for street art developments for 25 years while the Gare à Coulisses aims at following other company in creation time. These two organisations are reknowed for their work by professional as well as by institutions. By working with their teams, the volunteer will learn about show organisation, production, distribution and management.
Three directions will be handle by the volunteer on a full time work basis.
Artistic residencies
• He will follow the team : welcome and follow the companies in residency : hosting, preparing meals, technical installations, administration.
• Shows
• He will follow the team : selection of shows and their practical organisation.
• Helping communicating on the company actions and shows.
Development
• He will follow the team in its development and visibility issues.
• He will follow the team in creating new partnerships.
The volunteer personal project will be handle and intergrated to the program.
