Resumo: The host organization is a non profit organization from Romania active in the youth field.
We have experience in organizing different activities for young people (European Voluntary Service EVS projects, youth exchanges, youth initiatives, public awareness campaigns at local level, Youth policy of Oradea community, etc.) and youth workers (study visits, local, national and international seminars and training courses).
the organization is working with EVS - European Voluntary Service since 2003 and since then we were active as hosting, sending and coordinating organization. We have sent and host more than 120 volunteers.

Perfil: • unemployed young people or disadvantaged young people (facing economic or social issues, those who abandon educational system, ethnic minorities in their countries, living in isolated areas );
• young people passionate about working with kids, about developing non formal educational activities, young people willing to work on topics like: sport, art, environment protection, young people interested to work in youth centers;
• Having leadership skills, willingness to learn and self motivation, open minded and curious in challenging ideas.
• Having the capacity of speaking in English at least on a basic level (conversational) and enough to develop the proposed activities, especially to communicate with evs volunteers and youthworkers.

Tarefas: • plan, prepare and organize a daily sport and outdoor educational program of 6 hours Monday to Friday for children 6 to 12 years from Oradea
• promote after school program and its activities in the local community
• encourage and support young people from Oradea community involvement as volunteers in the afterschool program
• organize workshops in highschools and universities in Oradea where they can share their experience as EVS volunteers and encourage volunteering

Horário: During school - Monday to Friday 12.00- 18.00
During summer holidays - Monday to Friday 08.00 – 14.00
