Resumo: The orgnization is founded by parents, who want to offer alternative education model to their children. As a result there is created a private kindergarden.

The main theme of the project is art and culture and education. This project is an opportunity for the volunteers to learn about Waldorf pedagogy in early childhood education and a chance to bring in new ideas and activities in order to promote alternative education and healthy lifestyle for families. This is the favourable project for us, partners, local society and for the volunteers, because these experiences create a positive environment for the exchange of ideas, cultures, languages, learning process, building an environment to grow as human beings.

Perfil: As a part of our team we are expecting volunteers, that are active, flexible, and compassionate, with a sense of adventure and desire to work with and learn from local people. Volunteers have to be ready to spend a lot of time outside and do different outdoor activities, as well as daily works as dishwashing, making beds, helping to dress up for kids. There is no necessity to have a previous experience in a work with small kids, but the volunteer need to have a motivation to get to know alternative education system.
Age: 17-30

Tarefas: The project is a 12 months EVS project with 2 volunteers who do volunteer service in the kindergarten. The volunteers participate in everyday activities of kindergarten, changing places in the middle of the year between two mixed-age groups of children aged 3 to 6 years and children aged 1.5 to 3 years.
