Resumo: The host organization wants to provide professional guidance and support for people with a mental disability and this in an atmosphere of respect for the originality and self-esteem of each person.
Our support begins from the belief in the growth possibilities and opportunities of people and the acceptance of and learning to cope with the limits. We want to offer care that is fitting in with the individual needs and necessities.
In the support structure we strive for open communication with the parents.
Our connection with others is supported by a Christian inspired life philosophy.
The organization is providing support and care for each inhabitant in day- and night care.

Tarefas: - support in care
- support during the meals
- support in transport
- guiding social contacts
- guiding day activities
- taking care of the wellbeing of the inhabitants

Horário: They will be decided together with everybody.
In total during the week it is between 19 and 38 hours.
It is possible that there will be weekend activities. These hours will be compensated with free hours during the week.
