Resumo:
The volunteers share some rooms with the employees during the week. There are internal rules that explain the rules and responsibilities in managing the collective use of these rooms. These rules are in French and English and the volunteers sign them in their first week of integration.

The host organization is located in a small village. Wine producing is very important here but employs few people and the majority. There are a lot of small housing estates and quite a few young people but many are not really interested in the life of the village. There is also a barrel-making factory in the village, which employs forty people. There is currently around 17% unemployment in the region with women and young people finding it particularly difficult to find suitable work. Please note that there is only one bus each day

To represent the philosophy and values of the organization locally.
Depending on the project (and of course the volunteer !) the role of each volunteer may be different.
