Resumo: The host organization works in the youth field, mostly with volunteer projects. The main objective is the development of volunteering. From the very first day we work with people who want to discover volunteering.
Our future plans are related to the implementation of National volunteering programme, EVS projects development, the work with the district local (small towns, villages) communities in improving the quality of youth recreation and non-formal learning. We also want to focus on dissemination of volunteering ideas.

Our target group is various organizations which work with volunteers, EVS volunteers, local volunteers and all young people who are interested in volunteering in general.
Our mission is the development and promotion of volunteering. Our vision is to continue being an organization for volunteering youth and also finding ways to involve people of all ages in the organization’s activities the district.
The project take place in a rural area.

Perfil: Age: 17-30

Tarefas: Volunteers will help to save the etnocultural heritage - will make shuters and will decorate window frames with traditional decore elements, will clean the sorroundings of old manson, will help to prepeare wood for winter and make paths in the workshop field. Every day we've planed a reflection and evaluation of the day in which volunteers will share their impresions, will learn active listening, will reflect their own learning process, will experience group process and learn from it. There will be cultural evenings and the participants will represent their country and culture to others. We'll have some evening events with the local community.

Horário: Volunteers will work 5-7h (work and several lithuanian lessons, and workshops of wool felting, collecting herbs, wood workhsops included)
