Resumo: The EVS projects that will be developed by the association will take parte in the headquarters of the association is in the city, but some of the activities are developed with the support of local rural administrations. So the activities of the EVS volunteers will take part, both in the city and in some rural comunities. In this situation the volunteers will be host in the city and in some rural comunities. The living conditions in the rural comunities that will be included in the projects developed by the associations are those found in all Roumanian rural area. The rural comunities are at 50-150 km distance from the city. The access in this comunities is possibile only by car, there is no railway route available, but is twice a day a bus that makes it possible to travel from or to the city. Both the comunities, rural and urban, in witch the organization is developing activities are more ethnically comunities, living side by side hungarians, ukrainians and romanians, so that intercultural elements already exist in this comunities, making the EVS volunteers integration easier. The main economical activities in these areas are agricultural and tourism, the county being a tourist destination well known.

When the projects will take part in the rural areas the volunteers will be host at families that are living in that comunities, by this making more powerful the interaction between the EVS volunteer and the local comunities and intercultural exchange more direct. The accomodation will be made in separate rooms, for one or two volunteers, and the food will be provided by the host. Because the food supply in rural areas is more stricted, depending more on local stores, the volunteer should be a person who is willing to try the Romanian cuisine and have no special requirements related to this matter.

When the projects will take part in the city, the accomodation will be made in a rented flat, and the volunteers will receive a food allowance, so that they will be able to manage the budget. At the volunteer request the associations will help him to identify the places where he or she can eat.
For a good implementation of the EVS projects, the organization will look for volunteers interested in intercultural exchange, in knowing what are Romanian rural traditions and customs, sociable persons, interested to know more about Romanian people.

Perfil: Aged 19-30, opened for new experiences in life, cheerful, open-minded, eager to learn a lot, but also ready for new friendships.
The volunteer has to embark the work and life in our country; he/she has to be interested in exploring other cultures. We expect the volunteer to be motivated for working in our organisation and to have the willingness to adapt to changes. He/she has to have a strong will to integrate in foreign society in actively participate in activities beneficial for the local community. The volunteer has to be willing and capable of working both individually and in a team.
At least basic knowledge of English is required.

Tarefas: The volunteers will be involved in the realization of activities for children and youngsters from rural area
Main Activities:
1. Activities for promoting volunteering and non-formal education in rural areas
2. Realization of Spring Festival (a cultural event for the target community which will include: traditional music and food, workshops for participants)
3. Intercultural events realised by the EVS volunteers
4. Workshops about sustainable developement and environmental protection

Also, part of the activities will have like target group roma community in the area, so the volunteers have to be open minded.
