Resumo: The host organization is located in a quite a big city in Poland (approx. 400.000 inhabitants) and it is over 660 years old. In the city there is good public transport - bus, taxi, train and tram. There is also the biggest city park in Poland with a lot of attractions whether in summer or winter. 30 kilometres outside of the city there are the Forests: beautiful place with unpolluted, fresh air. The biggest problems of the citizens of the city are the difficult economic situations. Unemployment rate reaches up to approximately 9,3%.
The Foundation is located in the district, approx. 15 kilometres from the centre of the town.The district is occupied by over 80,000 people. There is no cinema, theatres, or any other cultural entertainment the district, however, our Foundation with its activities tries to fulfill the lack of cultural life. Moreover, the foundation is situated right next to the beautiful natural forest.

Perfil: Description of the volunteer which we would like to host:
• Good knowledge of languages, which will be thought (we would like to teach English, Spanish, French, maybe German and Russian); For this specific project we are searching for volunteer with good English. Other languages could be an asset, of course.
• eager to work alone or in pair organizing lessons;
• systematic;
• creative;
• reliable;
• initiative;
• punctual.

Age: 17-30 years old

Tarefas: Tasks belonging to the volunteer:
• main task is preparing language and other workshops for unemployed inclusive society;
• Promotion of volunteering, “Youth in Action” Program at events "Windmill";
• Help in some office work.

Volunteer work day:
At the beginning volunteers will be preparing themselves for classes (preparing program, materials etc.). Number of the classes depends on number of interested applicants. The classes are form Monday till Thursday, daily it could be 4 courses per day. Each class last 1,5 hour. Fridays are left for preparing workshops. At the beginning volunteers will work in pairs, but after some time and depending on their cooperation they can start to work separately.
