Resumo: The organization is located in a well-known region situated in Spain. With a population of almost 300,000 inhabitants, and nowadays, half of them live in the capital.
The city is well known for its economic resources based mainly on the elaboration and production of excellent wine, agriculture and an expanding industry.

The city concentrates all its historical splendour in the centre, it is easy to visit by foot and to admire monuments such as the Concatedral.
The city character is known by its kindness and friendliness, but also by its great sociability.
The town is a very lively city with a great atmosphere and cultural attractions as: the forum, the cinema, music and last tendencies reflected in the cultural Festival, theatre, shopping centres etc.

Perfil: We seek for volunteers who can be flexible, with self-initiative and a high level of interest in youth organizations and European subjects.
A sociable person eager to learn, gain experience, knowledge and able to pass the awareness on to other youngsters.
Age: 17-30

Tarefas: The volunteer will have the chance to get to know the different work methodologies within the Non Formal Education framework for youngsters.
The volunteer will collaborate direct to the coordinators in the design, ellaboration and start-up of the following activities:
• “Pocket Courses” are short duration courses (10 hours) in which the volunteer could have the chance to get the knowledge of how to coordinate and start-up of this famous activity among our youngsters. This training courses offer a non formal education in diverse issues for youth interests. Besides of supporting the coordinators, the volunteer can attend these courses to develop his/her recreational, participative and dynamic learning.
• “Youth Associations Schools”, one of the most popular activities among our youth associations and youngsters, free spaces in which youth associations and youngsters can share common interests of a wide range of issues: photography, video, laugh therapy, youth association management etc. The volunteer could attend these trainings to discover projects, youth associations activities in order to broden his knowledge and learning process within the regional youth association movement, meet new people, gain new ideas to develop during and after his/her Evs.

The volunteer will be collaborating in the cultural and training resources for the youth associations which are members of our youth association net coordinated by the organization. The youngster will have the chance to support the staff in the development of different issues for the courses. This activity aims to provide youth a personalized learning within the framework of non formal education in themes such as sexuality, environmental education, inmigration issues, education about drugs, equality etc. We would like the volunteer to participate as a link among youngsters and the staff to fix or a concrete training courses on line according to our youngsters interests. So through informal sessions, the volunteer and the staff could decide and determinate more training offers to our youngsters. This activity is online so fulfill the youngsters interests on a national level.

The volunteer will learn how a Youth organization network works ( nowadays, there are nearly 100 youth associations included in this network). She/He will gain knowledge of searching and updating subjects on the webpage, contact to youth associations, publish news, resources etc. So definitely he/she could gain plenty of skills in the media and communication area.

Related to the International Area, we would like the volunteer to participate in activities to promote the Youth Action programme as well as to encourage the youth actively participation in a local, national and European level.
He/She will be involved in supporting activities to help youngsters to find out suitable Evs projects according to their own interests and hobbies, always with the co-ordinator supervision and support.
Search for information about cultural issues, youth participation, resources, training courses etc. The aim is to widen the resources for youngsters on our website.
The volunteer will be participate in informal and informative sessions to youngsters about Youth in Action programme, telling his own experience in order to foster youth motivation. These sessions will be held in the rural areas where the youth participation is extremely poor.

He/she can also create his/her own blog to foster EVS and explain on a creative format hiw own experience.
Standing by a volunteer from other country, we believe it could be appealing and remarkable to promote his own culture and customs, language etc. We can prepare coffee sessiones in the organization library where Evs, ex evs volunteers and youngsters who are interested in learning and also participating in other actions within the Youth in Action programme.
In the organization the creativity and suggestions are highly valued to develop innovative projects and other activities to promote the non formal education among our youngsters. So, if the volunteer wants to develop his own ideas in punctual projects, he/she will stand by the staff experience and supervision to widen his ideas.
