Resumo: We are located close to the city center of the city. It's a place where many people come looking for support, for activities, or looking for contacts and opportunities. Most people speak Spanish during the activities, but not always. Some of our activities are meant for a larger target group, and are in English or Dutch.
The ambiance in the working place is extremely multicultural. In a normal day we realte to people original from at least 20 countries. During special events, it's even more international.

Our organisation hosts also students with Erasmus scholarships and young professionals with Leonardo da Vinci scholarships. We also host students from Dutch schools and universities looking for apprenticeships. That helps to create a very young and motivated working environment. Usually there are around 10/15 young persons working separately in different projects, according to their studies and our needs, but also working as a team, and sharing the same place and services. That stimulates concentration, but also friendships and mutual support. We also create opportunities for them to get together in their free time, and to explore together interesting places in Holland.
Volunteers get from our organisation a supervisor , a mentor and a buddy (a young person to spend free time with them, show them around, and helping to share experiences).

Perfil: we need somebody with a good command of the English language, who could give English lessons to Spanish speaking immigrants.
Age: 18-30 years old

Tarefas: Volunteers learn to run the organization and take part in any kind of task: informative activities, reception, administrative labors, maintenance of the facilities or whatever would be needed to develop satisfactorily activities and events. It can also include designing publicity or placing relevant information on the Internet or the neighborhood

Horário: Working time is 32 hours per week. These hours are spread over 4 days The actual schedule is made according to the needs of the organization or the season of the year. Some of the events we organize can take place during the weekend. Volunteers who take part of these activities are compensated with a day off
