Resumo: The volunteer will live and work in a city located near the sea. Volunteer will live in rented flat. Our fundation is cooperating with other organisation, so we have also support in reception plan (integration after work) from our and their young people from other countries. Organization have one small office and other room for organizational meetings. Our cooperating organizations have two offices and trainings rooms, which also will be able for the volunteers for working and trainings.

Perfil: The volunteer should be a person opened and optimistically predisposed to take sport, cultural or artistic initiatives. Recruitment process will be based on direct communication with candidates about their motivation and potential impact on achieving project goals.Advertisements for recruitment will be posted on the Internet. Candidates submit cover letters that will be evaluated by us, we will invite them to talk about volunteer work and individual project.
Age: 17-30 years old

Tarefas: We can offer volunteers trainings conducted in the English, connected with the personal development, developing soft abilities and the work in a team of designers and concerning the PCM.

Volunteers will be participating in project of educational-integration classes directed to:
- children and secondary school
- post-secondary young people
- commune after-school clubs (children from the secondary school).

The volunteers will have possibilities to develop their linguistic and cross-cultural education skills. They will working in the projects, so they will improve teem work abilities.

Other project is directed to students, and consists in planning individual of professional development for them.
There will be an established cooperation with colleges and other organizations.
The typical work of volunteers will be:
1. Conducting sport,artistic,cultural and integration classes for children and young people,
2. Work in the planning of project and project preparation from the technical side,
3. Keeping websites of projects in language of its country and/or in the English to the purpose of popularizing the organization and her initiatives,
4. Establishing international contacts mainly in own countries,
5. Creating new initiatives through the participation in meetings being aimed at sport, artisttic, cultural and educational activity
