Resumo: The project takes place with about 60 000 inhabitants situated in the western center of France.
The city is known to host the head office of the main French mutual insurance companies of insurance. It is a human-sized city in the heart of a rural department.
The volunteers will be welcomed within the teams of both Residences Housing environment Young people. They will have to submit themselves to the French laws and to the internal regulation of the association.
The volunteers will work with the team of socio-educational animators and the employee. Their activities can be shared between these two services, according to their need and motivations.

The team of socio-educational animators is in charge of leading the collective life and of making the educational accompaniment of the young people having "difficulties". The problems of the young people in accompaniment are diverse and varied: young people having difficulties of social integration and\or professional, young people in situation of handicap, young follow-ups by the minor social, young services … These young people are accommodated in our premises with the other young people: students, trainees / apprentices, young workers and benefit from a help for their projects. The team also takes care of the animation of the collective life and for it propose activities in the evening and in weekend (meal, sport, concerts, exhibitions, excursions).

Perfil: Age: 17-30 years old

Tarefas: Motivate the collective life with actions on health and well being:
- Intercultural meals once a week.
- Mobilize the residents around actions.
- Put in place a transport that will facilitate the resident access.
- Animation put in place activities around the garden.
- Using the production for the collective’s meals.
- Work with the residents on animation in link with Europe and/or intercultural:
- Exhibits, meals, games, soiree… 1 time every 2 months.
- Deal with information and communication: designing the animation
advertising, display on volunteering actions.
- Working with the residents on projects, encourage them to participate actively.
- 1 evening per week (meals): organizing, animating and tiding up.
- Put in place an info spot of the organization (Creating and running the
documentation).

Integrated the team:
- Taking care of the administrative paper work concerning the soiree in which he
participated: budget files, Bredea data entry…
- Welcoming the residents and assure the relay in case of needs.
- Show the site to the news residents.
- Participate actively to the animation meetings , Thursday after noon: listening,
propositions, questions …
- Participate in the residents meetings once a month, presenting the volunteer
actions.
- Listening to the residents, pass on the necessary information to the team.
- Being discreet concerning the youth situation.

Show autonomy and capacity to self assessment:
- Prepare the balance sheets upstream: fill in the balance sheets and give it to
Stéphanie and Pauline at least the balance eve.
- Ask the team if needed at anytime.

Link with Organization:
- Create a link between the residents and the organization on transversal actions
(cooking workshop, gardening, etc…)
- Accompany the residents in the garden.
- Accompany the residents at the grocery store once a week.

Horário: 30 hours per week, not more because there won’t be any recuperation. 6 weeks of holidays per year. For these you need to ask the director, at least one month before. 1 evening per week until 10 pm for prepared animation and possibly until 8pm for collective’s activities. Working occasionally on weekends, within the frame work of its functions. The volunteer will take back his hours the next week.
