Resumo: The Youth Centre run by the municipality is situated 17km south from the other end of the bridge and is one of the larger communities with approximately 2000 inhabitants.
In summertime the town is a very popular vacation destination both for Swedish and international tourists. The nature is very special, offers many possibilities for recreational activities such as swimming, hiking, windsurfing, cycling a.s.f. and there are many historical sites to explore.

Perfil: Age: 17 - 30

Tarefas: Our volunteers will regularly meet with and learn together with other international volunteers staying in the region and Sweden in general during the same period of time.
We offer a year of experience in an organization with high quality of youth work. The volunteer will grow new skills and knowledge, both professional- and "life-skills". In the small organization of the Youth Centers the input of everyone matters and the volunteer gets to try out his/her wings with an own creative project as a project leader. And support, participate and co-lead other projects.
Skills that our volunteer will train in are for example project skills like: producing and organizing, leadership skills and managing the economical part of a project.
