Resumo: Outline the project environment for the suggested voluntary Service, including the local community where the project will take place (e.g. geographical, social and economical environment). If the host placement is located in a live-in community, please include the rules and conditions that apply also for the volunteer.
The activities of the volunteers will be held in general in the city. According to the last census, from 2011, there were 82.458 people living within the city making it the 29th largest city in Romania. The ethnic makeup is divers:romanians, hungarians, germans ,roma, serbs, croats, other. The county have an important tradition regarding intercultural dialogue and living together, since it is situated in an area of Romania with interesting historical characteristics, with a big presence of minorities: Germans, Hungarians, Roma, Serbians, Croatians, Ukrainians, Czech, Slovakians, Bulgarians, etc. In the county, there are still small ethnical villages where minority languages are spoken and traditions continued.

The project objectives are:
To improve the social, intercultural and personal skills of 10 youngsters
To capacitate the 10 young participants to be able to develop social activities
To increase the knowledge about social work and the services which an NGO can provide
To increase the work experience in the pedagogical field and also in the physical recovering and medical services of the 10 volunteers
To increase the English and Romanian language knowledge of the 10 volunteers
To increase the confidence and independency of the 10 youngsters involved in the project.

Perfil: age:18 until 30 years old

Tarefas:
- dayly work in the hospital as suport person for the people having treatment there.
- nonformal activities in the dayceter of the NGO
- volunteering activity whit the other local volunteers of the NGO
- participating in the youth projects of the NGO
- organising promotional events and events which promote a healty life style
- Organising diferent events for the people having threatment in our hospital.
