Resumo: The organization is located in the center of the capital city. The street is famous for its museums, art galleries and also pubs, and is a place where young music bands, artists of the city get together. Attractions of the city are near to the head office of the office.

The capital is one of the ancient and beautiful cities of the world (Established 786 BC, 4 years older than Rome). The most ancient castle in Caucasus, and one of the most oldest castle in the world, Argishti castle is situated in the city. The city is quite large and on the same time is very convenient place to live and work. It has 1,2 million population. The city is considered as one of the safest places in Europe to live and work. State language is Armenian. Armenians speak Russian well, English is spoken well mainly by young people. Comparing to other European capitals, living is not expensive. Average salary is 200 Euros per month. Full day board is about 5 Euros. One bottle of beer is about 0.,5 - 2 Euros, concert ticket is about 4 euro per person.

Tarefas: The volunteer can be involved in various activities that the clubs implements. And the volunteer can join the clubs s/he prefers.

"Extreme" Club. For doing his/her contribution for environmental protection the volunteer will manage weekly tasks that are: serve as a trainer and adviser on environmental issues during the "Extreme" club weekly outdoor activities (advices on what measures should be taken during excursions, campings, campfires, cavings, hikings, fishings, walking tours for not damaging the environment); editing "Exploring tours and environment protection" part of the organization website and as a co-organizer and participant in indoor weekly activities about environmental protection held by the organization. The volunteer's one year long activity are actions for sustainable development and environment protection promotion.

Learning skills for the volunteer; environment protection, sports and outdoor activities, journalistic, editing, web 2:0 usage, PR and management.

"Youth and Media" club. Here the volunteer will act as journalist or director of various movies concerning environment, educational and social issues of Armenian youngsters and will help the core team to spread videos and movies. Working with Youth and Media club the volunteer will create, develop, produce and supervise various movies about youth issues and problems of Armenia.
Learning skills for the volunteer: journalism, editing, camera usage, montage, web 2:0 usage, PR and management.

"Youth and environment" club. Volunteer will teach and train digital art, and environment protection skills to students from orphanage houses and then will form a photography group that will raise to public attention the environment issues of Armenia and South Caucasus region. The project foresees two main parts, during the first the volunteer will give individual photo-shooting and photo-editing lessons to approximately 50 young students from SOS Kinderdorf orphanage and will teach them to express their thoughts and emotions through digital art. During the second part the EVS volunteer will recruit best and most motivated volunteers from the students, will form a group for implementing "Digital art for safeguarding Nature" photo exhibition.
