Resumo: Volunteers join the administrative team and associated voluntary club. The team consists of approximately 15 members – coordinators of programs and other administrative workers. They are mostly young people who are respectful towards nature and active in their civic life. Coordinators lead "action groups" that develop topics of each program and help with daily tasks. The administrative centre keeps closely in touch with 40 regional branches all around the Czech Republic.

The office is 10 minutes by walking away from the city centre. It is equipped with the small kitchen (cooker, fridge), 2 office rooms and one meeting room. The volunteers are going to have their own place for work.
Volunteers live together in a flat nearby the office, each volunteer has his/her own room, the flat is equipped with kitchen and bathroom.

Perfil: Age: 18 until 30 years old

Tarefas: Volunteers are accepted as team members, the team follows common aims in mutual cooperation and support. Every week, there are regular meetings of all employees. People inform each other about recent developments in their programs. During these sessions, EVS volunteers’ schedule and tasks are consulted. Volunteers cooperate with coordinators of different programs according to the project plan.

Every month is concluded by evaluative session of volunteers, coordinator of EVS volunteers and other employees or members of action groups (Czech volunteers). People reflect on what has been done and in what fashion, identify problems and propose solutions. If there are any changes needed in an individual plan of any volunteer, it is discussed and implemented.

ACTIVITIES & SCHEDULE
Volunteers follow individual working plan, which is proposed in a project application and discussed with volunteers before their arrival to the EVS project. The project plan is adapted during first months of EVS, and also later on, if necessary, according to interests and abilities of a volunteer and the needs of a host organization.

Volunteers join coordinators of different programs – Program Nature, Cultural Heritage, Infopoint, International Affairs. They cooperate on different tasks – promotion of the programs and events, organisation of educational sessions, daily administrative, communication with organisers on national and international level (web sites, e-mails, documents shared on-line, databases of events, volunteers, members, etc.), following tasks of action group.
