Resumo: The host organization was founded in 2001, being the subordinate institution of the County Council. The organization had crept in the cultural life during the first decade, becoming in the last years one of the most important actors in the cultural landscape of the region from the west part of Romania. Multiculturalism that givs this area a great spiritual diversity was, is and will be the core value that preserves and promotes the organization in the regional, national and international context
VISION
Modern trends toward interdisciplinarity, cultural training networks and more frequent communication approach through international context of today's culture are the cornerstones on which the organization trace their future-oriented new directions while remaining anchored in the fireplace sustainability tradition, culture and spirituality lands

Perfil: Age: 18 until 30 years old

Tarefas: 1. Classic Theater and Puppet Theatre
- Support in the promotion, organization and evaluation of plays and other cultural events from their calendar;
- Facilitation of meetings between young people from disadvantaged backgrounds and actors/directors;
- Additionally, we consider the possibility for EVS volunteers to get involved as actors, with the staff of the 2 institutions .
2. County Cultural Centre;
- Support in the promotion, organization and evaluation of cultural public events organized and/or to which it is a partner institution;
- Support in the promotion, organization and evaluation of the demonstration public events for children and youth enrolled in the School of Arts
3. Cultural Palace;
- Support in the promotion, organization and evaluation of cultural public events organized and/or to which it is a partner institution;
4. Fortress culture;
- Incentive and generating public interest in urban aesthetics from the county candidature for the position of European Capital of Culture; Actions to stimulate the young people and Ngo’s from the city to get involved in projects in the context of “ERASMUS +” Program which can bring added value for city’s candidature to the position of European Capital of Culture
