Resumo: The host organization is located in the municipality
covers an area of 161 km2 and is inhabited by over 10 thousand people. Clean air, spectacular scenery, peace and quiet, and
good communication with the administrative center are the main advantages of this place.

The community owes its attractiveness mainly to its location within the protected landscape areas, the neighborhood
lake and the river, which flows through the municipality and picturesque forests, representing 23%of its surface, guarantee
an unforgettable experience for lovers of recreation in the countryside. For fishing enthusiasts there are rivers and lakes
rich in many species of fish, and the surrounding forests are full of mushrooms, berries and blueberries. The region is also
ideal for many other leisure activities, such as hiking, biking and canoeing, where one can encounter en route, churches,
roadside shrines, Old Prussian settlements, old cemeteries and natural curiosities. We are just 6km from the regional capital, and are well connected by a main road and public transport.

Volunteers have many opportunities to spend their free
time enjoyably. They can visit theatres, galleries, The Philharmonic Hall, cinemas, discos, pubs and the new Olympic-sized
swimming pool, as well as the planetariumand observatory. Olsztyn is famous because of its monuments and historic buildings,
for example: the Castle.

The volunteers will live in a rented flat, in a boarding house, etc. We will agree with the sending organizations and volunteers which solution will be the best. Each volunteer will certainly have a private place for themself.
We will provide the volunteers with all things connected with local transport, accommodation, food, etc.

Perfil: Age: 18 until 30 years old

Tarefas: The organization implements projects aimed at the different generations of inhabitants of the municipality. Although range of our activities is large, we would like oncoming volunteers to have the opportunity to bring their own ideas and proposals for work.

Those who visit us will be able to develop their skills in the culture-animation projects, assisting in the painting, modern dance, theater, early childhood education, music and new media activities. They will have the opportunity to develop their skills in the area of intergenerational dialogue, in our iving tradition projects - creating new forms of transmission of intangible cultural heritage (songs, stories, experiences) between older and younger generations.

Persons interested in journalismcan develop themselves through the work in our local newspaper, which is voluntarily produced
by a group of inhabitants of the municipality.
Our volunteers will also have the opportunity to work in the organization of various artistic events, such as Kiermas Warminski
(annual craft fair), Children's Song Festiwal Glissando, Bazaar of Handcraft Christmas craft fair and many more. Our
institution partakes annually in various charitable activities together with local and national NGOs, such as Great Orchestra of
Christmas Charity, when guests from abroad will have more opportunity to join the work of our regular volunteers.
Volunteers interested in crafts, both traditional and contemporary, are welcome to work in our facility called the Forgotten Crafts Centre in the village, where we conduct ceramics, lace, weaving workshops, and so on.

The organization cooperates with kindergartens and schools, so our volunteers must certainly be prepared for frequent visits to
those places with a presentation of their culture, their country and their own talents.
